Mizuki Goto was born in 1981 in Japan where she currently lives.

After graduating of design school, she worked in a children's bookstore where she found inspiration for her artwork and became a freelance illustrator.

She works in various media such as novels, newspaper illustrations, advertisements, and picture books.

Her work combines simplicity and vibrant colors with an energetic naïve style.

Using simple shapes and colors, Mizuki explores childhood ‘s worlds and emotions, with a new and joyful perspective. Her prints are beautiful, modern and full of life.
