Shipping, International Customs Fees, Returns & Refunds

How long will it take for my order to be shipped out to me?

Orders will be processed in 24 hours (during business days) and shipped within 5-7 days. No cancellations once the order is processing. You will receive an email with the shipping confirmation and tracking number. We consider the shipping address the one entered on Toi Gallery website for that purpose, and not for payment. Toi Gallery is not responsible for lost items due to incorrect shipping addresses.

We take shipping very seriously. We want your art print to arrive safe and sound. All prints are packaged in acid and lignin free, archive safe protective envelopes for shipment, with recyclable materials only. Art prints 9 x 12 and smaller are placed between two pieces of cardboard and shipped in rigid envelopes.  Larger art prints are shipped in tubes.

International Shipping/Custom Fees

We can ship internationally via USPS, DHL or UPS, except UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Asia and Africa, which ship only via DHL or UPS. The actual delivery timeframe will vary based on your destination and your country's customs office. Note that international orders shipped with standard delivery cannot be tracked and may take up to 20 business days to deliver (times during pandemic could vary). If you have any questions please contact us at contact@toiartgallery.com . We want our customers to have the best experience possible, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

PLEASE NOTE: You may be charged customs duties and taxes depending on where you live. Duties and taxes are not included in the price of the item, and is not included in the overall shipping costs. Different countries may have different tax policies regarding specific products. It’s always best to confirm additional fees with your local customs authority. Toi Art Gallery is not responsible for customs duties.

What is your return and refund policy?

Please note that we can't accept returns of prints that have been handled/opened unless they arrived damaged. Make sure you are ordering the correct print. Returns are within 10 days of the date of sale. Refunds do not include shipping costs. CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SHIPPING COSTS. Returns must not show signs of wear or damage and it should be shipped back using the same carrier. DHL and UPS packages should be return via the same correspondent carriers. Refunds will be issued when print is received. Re-stocking fee of $20 applies. For orders of $1,000 + a different re-stocking fee may apply.

Gifts cards: are not returnable.

What is the shipping cost?

Free shipping within US (minimum purchase $150+). International shipping: flat rate $30 via USPS -except UK, Australia, New Zeland, Canada, Asia and Africa-. Shipping prices vary, please check before you send your order. Shipping fees are not refundable.
