Luisa Arellano

Luisa F. Arellano was born in Mexico City. In 2019 her work was selected to be part of the X Ibero-American Illustration Catalog and received second place in the XXIX Catalog of Illustrators of the International Children's and Youth Book Fair (FILIJ) in Mexico. In 2018 her work was selected for the Poster Prize for Illustration at the Transport Museum in London, United Kingdom and she received a mention in the XXVIII FILIJ Illustrators Catalog. In 2017, 2018 and 2019 she was selected for the illustration exhibition for children's books from Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. She has participated in numerous illustration exhibitions in Italy, Colombia and different cities in Mexico. Her work is colorful and poetic, with a whimsical quality that makes them even more lovely.
